This agreement is between I, the Artist, and you, the Client, for work services performed on a project known as the Work.By commissioning me you understand that I have a autoimmune illness and an irl job that sometimes affects me really bad and performing basic tasks are hard.
I have a very bad anxiety disorder and stress very easily, please give me my space. You will always be provided with many updated when I go through something bad.
Absolutely avoid asking for updates if your commission was worked on that week and trello is updated.If I feel pressured, bothered or too stressed out and think I can't work on the commission anymore I will send a full or partial refund depending on the progress of the commission.✦ ― Content
I, the Artist, have the right to refuse projects and requests according to my discernment and capabilities. Some content that I will not be comfortable with representing include:☆ Discriminating/hateful themes towards race, gender, sex, sexuality, religion or any other group or individual.☆ Non-consensual situations including minors in danger or inappropriate situations + used diapers and any fetish related to children. "DDLG" even between adults, even if consented, is also refused. Anything related to sexualizing childhood is refused.☆ Unhygienic fetishes related to urine, infections, disease or scat.☆ NSFW of ferals. Monster and Dragons are okay (fantasy creatures)☆ Imitation of other art styles.I am OK with...

By commissioning me you confirm that you have the right to use the characters that you provide.■ I must be provided a visual character reference you would like drawn.
3D models can be accepted but please give me the HEX color code for the base colors, because the model contains shading, which makes it hard for me to color pick accurately. I will refuse to correct your commission if this info isn't provided.■ All communications must be concise and polite. I can't work with you if you use a translator as this can make the communication process harder. english, japanese prefered.
If you are having a hard time verbalizing your request, please gather image references or draw a stick figure doodle to help in your presentation. Please don't use over complicated english, despite being fluent I have ADHD and it's hard to focus. Make things simple please.■ if you attempt to haggle my prices i will charge you extra on the spot lol.✦ ― Timeline & Process
I take commissions 2 at a time to reduce mental stress and add variety to queue. If you are interested in a commission, you will be added to a waiting list and once it's your turn or I want to work on your commission (because it's easier at a time, or more of a fun concept) I will message you for payment and begin.You can be removed from the waiting list at anytime. You do not pay to be on the waiting list. If you lose interest in a commission you will be removed - there are no consequences to this. You are also allowed to change your idea at anytime during the waiting process. If you, however, keep securing slots and then dropping out, I will not accept you on any wait list anymore.The completion of the Work requires 1 week at minimum, and may typically average 2 day to 2 weeks or 1 to 2 months for full shades, depending on commission type, complexity, and workload of commissions. Deadlines are not accepted as I am chronically ill and busy with an IRL job.■ If you are asked to be in the waiting list but then have nothing prepared, you will be skipped over and I'll get back to you later.There may be 1 sketch revision for each item shown during the process, not including mistakes made by the Artist. Revision later in the process such as after line art can only be minor or charged a fee. I will actively reach out for feedback. Multiple heavy sketch changes will be charged with a fee.Additional charge may be required for further revisions that may impact the progress and timeline of the project.Delivery of finished Work will be through email, telegram or discord. It is up to your preference.✦ ― Communication
Communication will take place throughout the entire project timeline with updates and bouncing ideas. I will typically ask for feedback when I have something to show. I will let you know if anything is causing delays or priority shifts in the project.I will use Trello board to track status to facilitate communications. I will typically respond quickly but may also take up to at least 10 hours, which is usually in order to provide a better, more concrete, update, or due to being asleep or at my part-time job. You may message me at anytime and I will get back to you as soon as I can.Clients agree to provide all required art, references, information and assets before Work starts and during the process, or it can affect the timeline.Clients agree to remain respectful and agree that communication channels I provide are for business and professional use only. Client is free to try and chat with me during down-time but please know the basic boundaries and that I am autistic and sometimes struggle with understand jokes and sarcasm.✦ ― Rights, Usage & CreditsArtist RightsI retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.
I will post WIPs and the finished artwork wherever I please unless stated otherwise. Please state if your commission is private.Client RightsClients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the Work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties. Personal use includes:
(ex: Social media profile pictures, signatures, layouts, themes, wallpapers, personal website display, social media posts, physical prints and products) that is not for sale or distribution to any other party.Clients may not at any time modify, edit, change the Work without permission from the Artist.Clients are allowed to color the sketches themselves. Another artist is not allowed to be paid to color MY work.Clients may not claim Work as their own or anyone else’s and therefore must credit me as the Artist using my social tag/username/link (rentalgf).✦ ― Commercial RightsUnless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included.Commercial means usage on streams, broadcast content, or any monetized work (i.e. including but not exclusive to: merchandise, monetized videos, music releases); and reselling rights means selling the Work to another party or another platform or on any platform.Any Work done or made available to the client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.Commercial licenses require additional charges of i.e. 100%/2x on a case-by-case basis / as listed in the commission information.✦ ― Payments, Cancellation, RefundsPaymentBefore starting the project, the Client pays in full upfront.
Prices are in EURO (€), and paid via Paypal.You may send payment through paypal when Work is ready to begin, not during wait list or consultation process. Do not send a payment without my request.By engaging on any project, once Work has started, or transactions have been made through Paypal or any payment service provider, the Client acknowledges the product and deliverables are DIGITAL and there is no physically shipped good to receive. Chargebacks are not permitted and the refund policy as mentioned will be followed. I will hit you.■ Cancellation & RefundCancellation can be done during waiting list phase.Once Work begins, refunds are not possible unless initiated by the Artist.If for any unforeseen reason I cannot complete the Work or the Work is significantly delayed by 3 months I will take initiative to inform you and provide a partial refund if Work done up to this point is accepted or full refund.■ AgreementI reserve the right to refuse to accept projects if it does not fit with my style.By commissioning, you confirm you are at least 18 and above and agree to all of the terms of service as listed above as well as having the rights to every character used in your commission.There are no dead-lines, I suffer from a chronic illness and sometimes in the middle of your project it can act up and delay the entire process. If that is the case I will update you weekly (even if there are no updates) and you have access to my Trello at any given moment to track your commission progress. (if you find me messaging you annoying).I may re-use generic emote ideas/poses or scrapped poses for future projects if another client asks me.
